Opportunities & Pipelines

I need to be able to get a total opportunity value for a business and contact. Some contacts have multiple deals being quoted and on the go, in either the same pipeline - or different ones. I need to be able to pull up that data in the dashboard (Or somewhere) to know the total value of work being quoted (total opportunity value) and over a period of time... for one particular business client or contact. Please Upvote as this granularity in data is essential for good business in a CRM.

In the new contacts desk app there is no way to add or manage opportunties from the contact card. You could manage it in the old contact card.

Being able to add additional contacts to an opportunity card is great. However, from the card, you can only click on the primary contact to open that contact. I'd be great if you could also click on the additional contacts to open their contact page.

The goal here is to auto calculate the "total opportunity revenue" for a contact across all pipelines. Currently it just displays all open opportunities that a contact is associated with. The example of this is below: Example. 3 separate pipelines for a sub account. Contact First Name has a single opportunity in each of the three pipelines. Opportunity 1 in Pipeline 1 valued at $20k. Opportunity 2 in Pipeline 2 valued at 30k. Opportunity 3 in Pipeline 3 is valued at 60k. Total Revenue value across all three pipelines for that one contact is $110k. This should be displayed at the contact level and also available in the dashboard area as well. Thanks in advance!

We need any appointment update (time, date, status, etc.) to function as a trigger for workflows.

We tried to delete opportunities, delete an opportunities takes about 10-15 seconds.

Estimates and Invoices are listed in the Opportunity Card under 'Payments', but they don't link to the Estimates and Invoices for quick viewing. This is a frustrating user experience for the client as they need to close the Opportunity and manually navigate to the estimate/invoice section, go thorugh drop down menus, then scroll through a list to find the invoice or esitmate that was mentioned in the Opportunity. Please can you make these clickable for quick viewing? Also, can you add some sort of information, like the invoice numbner or title, so you can tell them apart in the Opportunity list please? Summary: We’ve encountered an issue with how leads are currently tracked when moving through pipeline stages. The system automatically counts all stages between the start and end points of a lead’s movement — even if those stages were never actually touched. This creates inaccurate reporting and makes it difficult to monitor true lead progress. Detailed Explanation: When a lead is moved from Stage 1 directly to Stage 5, the system still counts the lead as having passed through Stages 2, 3, and 4, even though it never entered or was manually placed in those stages. On the other hand, if a lead is moved backward (for example, from Stage 5 to Stage 2), the system doesn’t record that the lead previously touched Stage 5. This results in lost data and prevents us from getting an accurate picture of how leads move through our pipeline. Why This Matters: This behavior causes major gaps in tracking lead engagement and stage conversion accuracy. At the end of the day or week, we can’t generate a reliable report showing which stages a lead actually touched versus which ones it just skipped. This also makes it difficult to evaluate performance metrics or identify bottlenecks in our acquisition process. Requested Improvement: We’d love to see an enhanced tracking and filtering feature that: Logs only the stages a lead actually touches or is manually moved into. Excludes stages that were skipped. Allows users to filter leads by the stages they have touched, not just by their current stage. (Optional but valuable) Adds a Dashboard widget that visually tracks the exact stage history of each lead — showing when and how many times a lead was in a specific stage. This would help teams produce accurate end-of-day or end-of-week reports and improve overall visibility into the sales and acquisition process. Thank you for considering this request. Having this feature would greatly enhance our ability to analyze pipeline efficiency and lead behavior accurately.

It would be beneficial to be able to view any documents that are attached to a contact from within the opportunity card.

Currently, Go High Level workflows allow us to transfer or map standard fields between objects (such as Contacts and Opportunities), but file-type fields can’t be manipulated or transferred automatically. Here’s the scenario: We have a File Upload field (for example, “File Amplot”) in the Contact record. We’d like to automatically pass or copy that file into a matching File field in the Opportunity record when certain workflow conditions are met. Since one client can have multiple Opportunities depending on the situation, having an automated way to map or move file data between related records would save a lot of time and reduce manual errors.
