Please add the option to send emails from multiple domains.
Like one domain for marketing and another for entry-level clients and a 3rd one for membership clients etc.
This will help tremendously with email deliverability.
Thank you for your great work.

Karthik Thanks. This is great but will still result in emails ending up in Spam and damage reputation if the sending from the email domain doesn't match the domain in the settings.
If the sender is jane@123.com then it will look fine when sending from 123.com domain, but the split sending from abc.com will result in a "on behalf of" which is causing some Spam challenges.
Is there a plan to fix that?
Ideally I should be able to nominate in the workflow to send 25% from jane@123.com and 50% from john@123.com and 25% from james@abc.com The system would then match Jane and John to domain 123.com and match James to abc.com
Since we have multiple business domains that our users belong to, then we need the system to match their email address domain to the approved domains.
Is this in progress or planned? Is this a different roadmap task?

Users can now add up to five email domains for email types: Workflow, 1:1, Campaign, and Bulk emails. With that error notification was provided if a domains lacks a default header, helps avoid potential DMARC and other deliverability issues.

What is the status of this idea? This is also something I've run into as many others who have commented as well. If we're allowed to connect multiple domains, the ability to send emails from those domains makes sense in the terms of the customer journey. If they purchase a product from domain A, they would rightly expect an email from domain A. This seems like a no-brainer feature that should be implemented.

this could also make high-level a relevant tool for bulk cold emailing, i've thought of doing this, but to do it effectively you have to create sooo many sub-accounts, it would be much easier if you could just use 1 account with multiple emails connected.

I use multiple domains for landing pages. NOT subdomains but domains. If I have a workflow that uses that specific domain (that is NOT my primary agency/subacct domain) i need to be able to send emails from that workflow that match the landing page domain for deliverability and continuity reasons. I also need to be able to use different pipelines to support this as well that can notify/send out the landing page domain emails as well. I have had 2 people in support tell me this is currently possible and 1 person tell me it is not possible and sent me the link to the idea board. Not sure how to proceed with GoHighLevel until this is implemented. The landing page(s) are a service within the primary agency. Separating the primary agency (the actual business) and the landing page domain (an agency service NOT a separate business) into different subaccts will not work for me. Hopefully this can be implemented soon.

I am having the same issues. I work across three businesses soon to be 4 and so does my boss and I need to be able to add 3-6 email domains. My emails are currently set up under one account, so I only have one password which makes my life easy instead of having to login to three accounts. I wasn't aware that this would be an issue as support/ sales said this was possible so I signed up for GHL 4 months ago and I still can't utilise the email function. I need to be able to reply to an email in an account that I choose.
Thanks hope to this this available soon.

^ Ditto on Ben's comment.
We use our GHL accounts for Marketing and Sales.
We send 5K+ emails for marketing via mailgun for domain health reasons, and I we want our sales reps to send personal outreach via their outlook emails.
Not being able to do this means we're stuck doing personal outreach via Mailgun, which isn't great for deliverability.
Please add the option to send from multiple domains, OR have an email service for the account at-large, and enable each staff account to set up their own work email provider.

Yes please! Right now i have to use 2 locations. 1 to send my marketing messaging from and 1 for sales and communication with clients in the CRM. It would be much better to integrate my workflows etc if Highlevel allowed a location to be able to send from multiple domains.
Email deliverability suffers when using the same domain for both marketing outflow and sales communication. This is because people receiving marketing messages may mark spam instead of unsubscribing or gmail may mark as promo and not allow it to hit the inbix which is fine. However SALES messaging absolutely has to reach my customers inbox no fail. As these are real conversations.
We must have the ability to send emails from mutliple domains. This would be perfect
