The Chat widget loads Google Analytics Code and Cookies which makes it very hard to use it in the EU. The only safe solution right now is to load the widget through a consent tool like CCM19 which is problematic, because if the user declines Google Analytics or statistic tracking the widget will also not load. I think the best solution would be to give the option to disable Google Analytics in the Chat Widget.
