I have created 3 chat widgets for different websites. And the automation does not allow me to distinguish through which page the conversation comes. Please, this should be an urgent development. Thanks

I don't understand how this isn't already a feature. How do I know which chat bot someone came in from? I need to add them all to the same automation sequence? <insert facepalm>

YES YES YES... PLEASE FIX THIS SO THAT WE CAN HAVE 2 CHAT BOTS THAT CAN HAVE TWO COMPLETELY DIFFERENT CHATS.

doh, can create two chat bots but only use one.

This needs to happen ASAP as right now multiple chat widgets are useless if we cannot differentiate

How is this not even possible yet. What is the point of different chat widgets if we cant select them as triggers to segment people! Please add this asap
J

Yep, I don't know what we are supposed to do with multiple chat widgets without this. We need this please!

Yes please, need this ASAP! Otherwise no point in having multiple chat widgets, um.

Yes, HighLevel. If you are going to give us multiple chat widgets then you need the filter on the workflow trigger to identify which workflow should respond to each chat. Why are we getting half of an idea? The concept is good. But we shouldn't have to ask for the functions that make the idea come to life!

Yeah...this is obvious, ability to target the specific chat widget, I have one subaccount with multiple websites, and they want chats with different styles and obviously different actions and tagging, NEED this so much.
