At the moment, we have missed call and then WhatsApp Message back.. In Malaysia and I'm sure many other countries... many people are using Whatsapp Call Feature. Hence can we have a new trigger which activates upon the business receiving a Call on their Whatsapp number instead?

Yeah the WhatsApp calling thing is tricky since Meta doesn't expose those webhooks yet. We get clients asking about this too, especially international ones. Right now we just stick with regular phone missed calls triggering WhatsApp messages.

WhatsApp calling is currently not supported by Meta, you can use missed call WhatsApp back on normal phone numbers
