This report should include a breakdown of messages sent by source, differentiating between:

✅ Manually sent messages (via Conversations)

✅ Automated messages (via Workflows)

✅ Bulk messages (via Bulk Actions)

Additionally, we urgently need insights into messages sent using templates, including:

The number of template messages sent

The delivery success rate (delivered, failed, or undelivered)

The opt-out rate after receiving a template message

Having this data will help businesses optimize their WhatsApp communication strategies by understanding which messages perform best and identifying potential delivery issues.
