Hello GHL Team and Community Members,
I am facing issues while Sending WhatsApp Message templates to my contacts. To some Contacts, it's delivered and to some, it is not delivered and the error triangle says "undelivered", while clicking on the three dots and going into details it says "failed" at the bottom in the integration section.
My Suggestion is that it must it says the valid reason for why it's failed, rather than just saying failed.
Raised ticked from last 8-10 days, No response.
Troubleshooting steps I've already tested.
  1. Is the number available on WhatsApp or not?
  2. Does number have the right Country code?
  3. Using the approved template.
  4. Tried sending bulk WhatsApp.
  5. Tried Sending to Single contact.
