Request: multiple WhatsApp accounts per sub-account
Hello, GHL team!
I would like to make a request that I consider
strategic for the growth of GoHighLevel, especially in the Brazilian market
.Today, the possibility of connecting
more than one WhatsApp account/number within the same sub-account
would make a huge difference for many customers who use GHL in operations with multiple agents, sectors, units or business numbers.From what we analyzed in the
Meta/WhatsApp Business Platform documentation, there is no restriction that technically prevents this structure
. Therefore, we would like to understand if there is a possibility for GHL to develop or release this feature natively.This limitation is starting to create a competitive problem.
Simpler CRMs with far fewer resources than GHL are already acquiring customers precisely because they offer this opportunity.
In Brazil, the GHL community is growing rapidly, but we believe that it could grow much more if this barrier were eliminated.There is also an important issue of
data security and privacy
.Nowadays, when we need to overcome this limitation, many companies end up using external tools, gateways, and integrations to connect multiple numbers. This creates an unnecessary dependency on third parties and may increase risks related to:
* exposure of customer data;
* storage of conversations outside the platform;
* security flaws;
* dependence on APIs and intermediary services;
* loss of control over sensitive business information.
Having this functionality
natively within GHL
would not only be a usability improvement, but also an important evolution in security, reliability, and platform competitiveness
.I would very much like the development team to consider this demand as a priority, especially looking at the potential of the Brazilian market and the growth of the GHL community.
We believe that allowing
multiple WhatsApp accounts/numbers per sub-account
, following Meta's own structures and policies, could be a very strong differentiator for GHL and help to significantly reduce the need for external tools.Thank you for considering this suggestion. It would be very important for us to know if this possibility is on the roadmap or if there are any specific technical impediments that we are not yet considering.

Diego Ferreira Orue Salestrail can track calls made on Whatsapp into GHL as long as you use an Android device. You can find Salestrail on the GHL marketplace.
