Right now, there's no way to tell which WhatsApp templates are actively being used in workflows and which ones are sitting there unused.
The problem:
When you have 10, 20, or 50+ templates, you end up manually opening every single workflow to check if a specific template is in use. Want to delete or update an old template? Good luck figuring out if it will break something.
The solution:
Add a column in the WhatsApp Templates table that shows:
Whether the template is currently used in any workflow(s)
The name(s) of those workflow(s), with a direct clickable link to each one
Template cleanup: Instantly identify unused templates you can safely delete
Impact analysis: Before editing a template, know exactly which workflows will be affected
Audit and compliance: Quickly verify which active communications are going out and through which workflows
Time saved: No more opening workflows one by one to hunt for a template name
This would be a small UI addition with a massive quality-of-life impact, especially for agencies managing multiple sub-accounts with dozens of templates each.
