CloseBot is designed to handle both voice notes and images through WhatsApp. However, due to GoHighLevel’s (GHL) current API instability, these media files — specifically images and voice notes — are not being transmitted properly to CloseBot via the WhatsApp channel. This limitation affects many users who rely on CloseBot’s WhatsApp integration within GHL for seamless communication.

It would be interesting to have the option to receive messages via voice and also reply using voice, as other apps already do.
