This should be no different to facebook, instagram, gmb (whatever it now is), tiktok etc and emails. WhatsApp should be included within the subscription cost!

“In the Indian market, it’s really challenging to offer a sub-account with an additional $10/month charge. Most cards fail because of the Reserve Bank of India’s strict policies for secure transactions, which often leads to payment failures and service interruptions. If sub-accounts could be made free, it would be a huge relief and a real advantage for agency owners here.”

Umar Ranginwala I mean to say that charging an additional $10 monthly is not only difficult to manage within the system but also feels like an unnecessary extra cost for customers—especially since this is an integrated part/feature of GHL.
I kindly request the Founder and Co-Founders to consider making this service completely free, just like you recently made Workflow AI available at no cost.

No it can’t be! It has to be a small subscription because of Meta Policy + the billing of the business conversation! They wish they could offer it for free but they can’t, similar to other platforms like Intercom etc, they offer it as an addon!

Mohammed Choukairi: $10/mo is high. If anything they should bill based on usage the way Meta does.
