We should have a trigger or auto tag if someone don't have WhatsApp or automatically tag the lead.
Because right now only said undelivered message, but it is important for someone to know quickly if a number dont have WhatsApp and tag it.
WhatsApp has the option to check.

Umar Ranginwala, I feel like this is most certainly not complete. Having a column within the Contacts section is not the same as tagging or adding a workflow trigger. Nothing can be automated based off the information that's currently available.

WAGHL automatically sends an SMS when a contact does not have WhatsApp. That is great. GHL should have that as well
