Add Whatsapp to Agent Reporting

It would be great if we could pick what we would like to see in an Agent report. For example, I have many clients in a country that does'nt use SMS but instead rely heavily on whatsapp, FB DMs and INsta DMs.

Yes. Agent reporting on WABA, FB, IG, Emails are very important for us. Please make this deployed ASAP. We want to see, which agent has served how many clients, how many replies done by specific agent, their avg reply time etc.
