The Ai requires multiple agents, multiple numbers to achieve different COA. I was hoping it would be able to filter out the conversation needs based on the knowledge base so if a client requires a transfer it transfers and if their information needs to be updated it would be able to update that contact field without requiring multiple agents and phone numbers for clients to use. A great AI example is GAIL who acts as a receptionist and uses use cases to determine the clients needs. I am also looking forward to outbound upgrade as well.
