For now, voice AI can only save information (contact fields specifically) from a caller and write to the CRM database at the end of the call.
We'd like the ability to read existing information to the caller & modify while on call, especially when multiple fields and values rely on each other.
Useful for upsells and repeat sales, like generating HVAC estimates with offers for regular tune-ups.
Another use case is confirming appointments the day before by making an outbound call.
