Multiple Calendar Booking for Voice AI & Conversational AI

Right now, we can connect just 1 calendar, but we want to add multiple calendars under 1 voice AI and conversational AI. For example, we provide multiple services, and each service has a separate calendar. When customers call our hotline number to book an appointment, voice and conversational AI can only book for one calendar.

Totally agree... this is needed immediately. I convinced my barbershop clients that AI voice could book their appointments, but an unfortunately, now I have to say it can not.

I've seen other agencies be able to do that with voice AI agents but I imagine it's not with GHL. This is such a valuable thing to offer in this day and age. If this doesn't get released soon I might have to look elsewhere to make it happen faster, especially now that I know GHL users won't be able to compete lol

we also need the AI to schedule out further than 3 days, it should be based on the calendar itself, or at least 60-90 days of the calendar(s)

Please add dynamic field for Conversational AI Bot's Calendars so we can add Calendar ID so we can use same workflow for multiple agents (with individual calendars). Otherwise, we need to create a individual workflows for each users (calendar)

create a workflow - and set the required customer replied trigger
- assign conversation ai q&A workflow actions , and create 5 branches with desired appointments. In the question section ask which service do you want
- then go to conversation ai create 5 bots and assign different calendar to each bot. you can have separate training for each bot as well
- now come back to workflow and under each branch assign a conversation ai bot using the action - update conversation ai bot and status
- attach a wait below to prevent contact reentry - wait for 24 hours
