It is extremely important to be able to offer best of breed solutions. While having our own AI voice for clients who want cheaper all rounder solutions is fantastic - we really need the ability to easily wrap eleven labs industry leading voice applications into our client offerings. Voice is the sexiest thing on offer now. Not being able to easily integrate a leading voice solution is a big missed opportunity that could drive platform members into the arms of competitors willing to enable this - for fear of losing deals to competitors that have better voice enabled solution. Dont drop the ball on this, its mission critical
