There is a competitor called Qualified that shows the transcript of the conversation in the chat window. This is particularly useful for longer conversations, so that the visitor who's having the conversation with the agent can see the context, which makes it easier to have a back and forth. It's a significant advantage. I think that would be very, very helpful, particularly when you have longer conversations.
