don't want to setup 15-20 different rules with name and transfer to this number , would be nice if we can instruct voice ai to ask for name , even spell phonetically if its confused and get the number dynamically.
for example customer can say Sales, Support or even talk to person with name John, Jane or any other employee direct number.
Then, System can grab the number from sources and transfer it. would really help rathen than setting multiple rules and it would be dynamic even in future so we just update knowledgebase only , flow doesn't change.
