It would be great to have at least two initial message variations that we could give to a incoming caller. For example, If it's a new caller it can ask them for their name in the initial message. If it's a returning caller and we know their name, it can great them by their name.

Example variation one ( New Caller). Hey this is Claire, a virtual assistant for Compass Counseling. Thanks for calling today. Who am I speaking with today?

Example variation two ( known caller ): Hey {{contact.name}}, welcome back. This is Claire with Compass Counseling. How can I help you today?
