Recently I tried to develop a workflow in my voice AI agent to enable appointment rescheduling. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. I think you can enable the Appointment rescheduling function for voice AI agents, it helps lots to me and others to develop proper workflows

Hello, I have noticed that we are not able to reschedule or cancel booked appointment from voice ai agents. It's highly imperative that these two be added (not only due to client demands) but also there are alternate companies (such as retell, vapi, etc) who allow it. Any plans on this?

Hello Adheesha KD, do you think this could be done by using GHL's public APIs and calling it using a custom action in Voice AI actions.

We also need SERVICE BOOKING, adding to both Voice AI and Conversation AI, appointments only serve businesses with a single location
