This is going to immensely change the voice AI game within Go High Level. The reason is because it will make the agents a lot more dynamic. We can add features such as specific openings the agent can cycle through using the drop down custom field. There are so many use cases for an implementation like this. Especially since GHL only charges a set amount of $0.13 per minute for the usage with MORE words in the prompt section then great voice Ai platforms like Vapi.ai. We would get rid of the 3rd party integration software's. that us Devs use in order to get around this problem. This would wipe out the competition and bring in way more clients not only for us agency owners, but also GHL as a whole. PLEASE make this happen as it would make agency owners life easier, saving us money, and time.

we went through the exercise of trying to setup a voice ai agent only to find out it would not populate a field with a dropdown. sadly, this makes the voice ai agent unusable for most cases as we typically have some kind of dropdown for every account we manage. please add this capability.

also you may say "well you can just prompt it to cycle through random openings" yes we can do it at random, but why not make it great? This method allows us to be so specific to the point that the Agent will know that it already talked to this client and it will know to use a different opening that it has not yet used for the client in question. Making the AI feel a lot more life like and opens way more use cases then just this simple example.
