User Groups

Have the ability to create user groups.
For example, assign a group of users as "setters" or "closers".
This way in automations we can round robin to a user group, rather than manually editing the automations to add new team members.
It would also allow us to filter by user group in the contacts list.

I cannot state how important this upgrade is. This would change HighLevel to start competing with larger systems. As it stands, we have to constantly go in workflows to change direct user assignments. This happens when sales reps leave or when managers change out. This is silly. We should be able to pick a "team" or "Group" and then assign a manager over that group. That manager should then be able to assign leads. This change then supercharges the lead distribution actions in the workflow builder. It will let us pick groups for round robin and then distribution within that group. This is important for HighLevel to take on larger clients with lots of users in one subaccount. We actually need more than one layer or associations like this:
Commercial Team
Residential Team
-> Broker 1
-> -> Agent 1
-> -> Agent 2
-> Broker 2
-> -> Agent 1
-> -> Agent 2
Ideally there are associations like objects like this:
Assigned to "Residential Team"
-> Manager Assigns to Broker 1
-> Retains Association with Residential Team
-> Broker 1 assigns to Agent 1
-> Retains Association with Broker 1
This allow us to see a much better hierarchy of sales assignment as the lead is further assigned levels lower within groups.
