I'm not sure if this is a bug... but I created a test user for a sub account with NO user permissions to see what the account could still see and access...

Even with settings disabled (and a hard refresh of the browser) the account can still access the settings area and then Click on Conversation AI (which I can't seem to find how to disable since its different from Content AI) visit the App Marketplace etc.

I then changed the user role from Admin to Account-User... which removed the Marketplace access however Integrations and Conversation AI still appear?

Anyone know how I can truly disable access to these for a user role?

As an interesting test, I then activated contacts but left conversations disabled... and both still appeared as well... but if contacts gets disabled conversations goes away.
