Multi Sub-Account Admin access

A number of my clients have multiple businesses and therefore multi sub-accounts under my agency.
It would be nice in they could access those accounts with one login, this would also make it easier for VAs that work with multiple clients.

I have a client with multiple sub-accounts, they wish to have agency level access, because they need to constantly change employees between the sub-accounts.
Would need an agency level access without some restrictions, so that they can't see rebilling/reselling and other sensitive agency stuff but still be able to add/remove users from the accounts they manage.

Unfortunately they would have to log out/back into the crm as they have been doing or use a separate email for the second account. Hope for a solution here soon.
