We need the ability to exclude custom menu links for specific locations when selecting "Show in All Locations" because in some cases I want custom menu links hidden but 99% of the time I want all accounts.

So I need a "Show to ALL Locations Except" option so I don't have to manually allow all locations except like 1-2.

I also need the ability to hide specific custom menu links from users in user permissions as some custom menu links are for admins only and not staff
