Making people have to be an agency owner when they get a HL account is extremely confusing for users who are NOT agencies. I am a business coach and have so many business owners who are clients that have nothing to do with being an agency. Using the language where you are calling them an agency, making them have an agency account, and then building a subaccount so that they can use the system is extremely confusing.
If people have an actually agency, let them get set up as an agency at the purchase point. If they are individual users and will NEVER be an agency, just let them be a user, similar to how Click Funnels does it. There is zero confusion, and that is the standard.
Even as a marketer, when I came into HL, it took me a week to wrap my head around this hierarchy. I couldn't understand for the life of me why I had to have an agency account when I am not an agency nor desire to be an agency.
You have many ideal customers who are Click Funnels clients who are very interested in coming over to HL. Fix this point so they come over and stay instead of not moving forward with their free trial because they are confused and literally can't understand it.
Business owners are saying that HL is way better than CF, but it is more confusing and does much more.
The confusion starts for people the moment they get into their account, and they are told they are an agency and need to create a subaccount. Just let them be a user that is not an agency that does not need a subaccount, nor does it even need to know that the concept of a subaccount exists.
I hope you take this seriously because this is 100% validated feedback from a business coach who is in conversation with thousands of clients through my programs.
