Ability to disable 'agency dashboard' view for 'agency admin users' so admin-level employees of our SAAS company don't see company revenue if they don't need to.

Because the current dashboard settings only disable sub-account dashboard view, but we also need to be able to disable agency dashboard view, not just sub-accounts.
