Custom User Types/Roles across multiple Sub-Accounts

The new Feature:
The ability to create different User Types and User Roles for different Sub-Accounts.
Example:
Staff member Tony has access to 2 different sub-accounts. Sub-Account 1 Tony is a Type: Account and Role: Admin. Sub-Account 2 Tony is Type: Account Role User.
Use Case:
This allows you to control staff members when training. This also eliminates having to set up a staff member with 2 separate log ins where they do not have to log in every time to just switch between sub-accounts.

This is a big issue !
Some of my clients are managing multiple sub-accounts.
If they lose admin on 1 account for some reason, they lose admin access to all sub-accounts.
