Allow "Watchers" to view Conversations/Contacts when "Only assigned data" permission is enabled

Currently, when a User's permissions is set to "Only assigned data", they can only view conversations/Contacts which they have been assigned to as the contact "Owner". We need "Watchers" to also be able to view this data, however the system does not show conversations/Contacts to assigned "Watchers"
Use Case: We have more than one field technician who completes a service for the customer. We need them to be able to view the conversation/Contact and communicate with the customer they have been assigned to as a Watcher. This would be solved if the "Only assigned data" permission displayed conversations/Contacts where the user has been assigned as a Watcher.

Totally agree with this, I am currently running into this same issue myself. Please fix!!
