I am managing a real estate agency in the UAE, where we conduct daily outbound calls to new leads. We currently have three agents, and each agent is responsible for making 100 calls per day. At present, every agent uses their personal SIM card and private phone number to contact the assigned leads.
I want to streamline this process using GHL. My objective is to assign 100 leads to each agent every morning so they can call them throughout the day.
I would like to know if it is possible in GHL to allow agents to make calls using their own phone numbers. Specifically:
If agents add their personal phone numbers in their profile settings, can GHL automatically initiate calls using those numbers?
Is there any other solution or workaround within GHL that allows agents to call leads using their private phone numbers while tracking and managing call activities efficiently?
