Right now, only Agency Admins can add custom links to either all subaccounts, or specific subaccounts.

But my clients might like the ability to add their own links to apps and sites that they use a lot that others don't.

It would be awesome to let them choose to do this themselves from the sub-account settings menu to add a custom link to their account and nobody elses without anybody at the agency level having to do it.
