It would be great to make a type of user and group the team beyond just user and admin. For example creating a sales team and able to assign appointments to sales team, send internal notifications to sales team.... similarly a tech team and when feedback comes in to notify them.

need groups for different teams and then granular permissions where certain custom fields are hidden from certain teams, not just all or nothing. for instance sales team sees monetary fields, other team members maybe don't.
