When you create a new User or Admin, you should be able to set default settings for the roles so that when a new user is created it automatically uses the default permissions.

Ability to create template for users so that permissions are saved. When adding 100's of people it can be easy to make a mistake.

Ability to save different levels of access. For example users with L1 access all have the same permission, L2 all have the same, L3 etc...
