Proper Email Templates

Many email service providers allow you to create an email template that defines the header and footer section with the body being an editable zone.It would be good if we could create these "Email Templates" in GHL so that when a client or a user goes to send out an email campaign or email within an automation they just need to select the particular template and then provide or create the content for the body.I thought current GHL Email Templates were this but the current template is just really a draft of an email or emails that have gone out.

We definitely need this implemented. We have been creating an 'email template' that we have to duplicate each time we want to create a new email. It would be amazing to designate an email template as an 'actual template' and be able to choose from the 'actual templates' from a dropdown when clicking '+ new' when making a new 'email template'.

I just discovered that creating an email footer template in GHL DOES NOT THEN ALLOW ME TO USE THAT TEMPLATE INSIDE A WORKFLOW TO THEN WRITE MY EMAIL OVER. The current "template" system is utterly disastrous and makes no sense. Why can't I easily set up an email footer for legal/address type stuff that just easily appears on all outgoing emails?

Yes... please implement this one. It is essential for email outreach workflows. And even more so now with AI generating personalised emails. in workflow.

PLEAAASEE!! This would simplify so much. Or at least allow us to pull a campaign email directly into the workflow and schedule it how we choose in the workflow (not just when the campaign is scheduled to send.

Completely agree with this. It seems like this functionality works in Campaigns, but not in Workflows. This is an essential feature to have.

Plus one for this! I find it a little ridiculous that they're labeled email "templates" when they're nothing of the sort. A true template is something you use as a base that you edit or append to for the current need.
I desperately need this is the workflow builder.
