Good one! They should also increase the size of the canvas your are writing your email on! Right now, when you are answering directly inside the chat box, the email and text canvas are too small.Cheers!

Now that "Marketing Emails" has been added, we should be able to use those newly created emails and set them as "templates"

Hi guys, this is related to email templates and the current inability to create a global header/footer for email templates. It is easy to use a template to create 50 emails, however not if but when you decide to update the email footer you need to change it on all 50. This is crazy!! Please add a global header/footer option.

This is critical if we are going to use HighLevel for our autoresponder.

Shaun Clark commented10 Feb, 2019 04:35pmHere's the mailgun docs on how to implement this: https://help.mailgun.com/hc/en-us/articles/203306610-Do-I-control-the-unsubscribe-handling-or-does-Mailgun- we can make it a checkbox that you check to automatically include it.

We had to go through support to get an Unsubscribe link updated (that wasn't even working) - we are not seeing a way to update/change language of the unsub language in our HL account. Its just one word UNSUBSCRIBE which to me, practically BEGS people to click it. I need to change that langague to be more warm and fuzzy and tell a story of why NOT to unsub. Currently, can't do it in HL according to support. So, here we are.

Hey, is there any ETA on this?

Just sharing. I always thought that we needed to have an unsubscribe link but in a course I was reviewing recently they said that you could do this to comply. Just add a PS to each email such as the one below. They said it would comply with the Can Spam. (Please verify for yourself).
PS - If you aren't the right person to contact about this, let me know. If you would prefer I not follow-up with you, you can let me know that too!
Also I noticed in the Mailgun settings for each mailgun dns setup you can set it so that each email gets an unsubscribe link. Not sure how this works but might be work checking out.
