Make all GHL lists standard, with easy-to-use features, such as: Customize # of items per page (email templates is preset at 10 and requires you to page through); Sortability by any column header; CTRL+CLICK opens up the target in a new browser

Anywhere in GHL where there is a list of items (e.g. Email Builder - list of folders and then within a folder, list of templates), 1) give the option to select how many items to show in the list, rather than defaulting to 10 and requiring to page through; and 2) add ability to sort by any column header (e.g. name, date created).
