Allow Subaccount Admins To View and Use Website/Funnel Templates

I have a few subaccounts that I would like to be able to create some simple websites for themselves using the pre-formatted templates. However, when they click new website from their login, they cannot access the templates. The only option they have is to build something from scratch.

Yes, this is a BIG request from my end as well. Now I've had to manually add these templates to one account and make a snapshot out of them. 😅
