Allow for Duplicating Templates in the Settings

If you want to duplicate a template, say you're setting up multiple appointment reminders, then you cannot duplicate the templates. You can copy and paste manually but you cannot duplicate. You have this function in other areas of the system but not here. Please make sure your teams are communicating with each other in the various areas of the application so there is a design coherency in user experience. (for example duplicating campaigns and triggers are not in the same place)

Right now, only edit and delete icons are available. Add Duplicate icon and functionality. Enable that functionality at the level of the template table, as well as down in each individual template (File Save As).

I agree. I like to label a series of emails ProjectXX-01, ProjectXX-02, etc, and then modify the body a little to a lot. But currently have to copy and paste everything anew. A duplicate feature would raise my productivity when creating an email campaign series.
