Many of us have repeatable (but not necessarily recurring) tasks that we need to assign. We need a way to save tasks into a bank so that when a new task is created, we can choose from a dropdown or some type of list. Task fields, like description, should have defaults but also be customizable when creating a new task to be assigned so that users can see notes and specific information.
