I would like to formally submit a feature request based on a current operational need within our account.

Request Summary:

We are looking for the ability to generate and export a task completion report that includes:

• Task Title

• Assigned User (per person)

• Date range filter (example: 1/1/26 – 3/1/26)

• Task Status (Completed / Pending)

• Excel export capability

Currently, filtering within the Tasks section allows us to narrow results by date and user; however, there is no native option to export the filtered results to Excel for reporting and performance tracking purposes.

Additionally, we would find it extremely valuable if the task dashboard displayed the following dynamic metrics at the top of the page (based on applied filters):

• Total Tasks

• Pending Tasks

• Completed Tasks

Right now, only the total number of tasks is visible when filters are adjusted. Displaying separate counts for Pending and Completed tasks would significantly improve visibility into team productivity and task effectiveness without needing manual calculations.

Use Case:

Management is requesting measurable performance reporting per team member over specific timeframes. This data is critical for accountability, productivity analysis, and operational planning.

Suggested Enhancement:

Add an “Export to Excel” button within the Tasks view that respects applied filters.

Display dynamic task status counts (Total / Pending / Completed) at the top of the filtered view.

This enhancement would greatly improve internal reporting capabilities and eliminate the need for external tracking tools.

This gets my vote! The ability to download task would make my planning so much easier and efficient.

A definite vote to add a download feature for Tasks into a csv file. Once there I can easily print and then review them offline.

I would add: that these activities can be automatically synchronized with Google Calendar.

It would be a great and fair thing, complete with users of course.

This is a NECESSARY feature which requires implementation. To be able to manage multiple tasks in a spreadsheet would be a really useful tool for prioritising the workload.

Important suggestions: allow exporting task data, display overdue/completed tasks in the agent report, add workflow for overdue tasks.

We would really benefit from additional reporting features that let us export / view the information we have put under contacts. Specifically being able to have the notes, and the task list information.
