Can we have multiple task lists

We have various tasks assigned to our agents on the same task list so its hard for them to manage tasks. It would be better if there was the ability to have separate task list.

Other CRMs allow the creation of queues, where records be them contacts or tasks, can be assigned to a queue, as if they were a user, but they are meant to be viewed and assumed for ownership by other users. Like a pool.
