Please add a native “Priority Level” field to the Task view (Field columns) that allows users to assign action-based priority tags. This would help teams clearly understand what needs immediate attention versus what can wait—reducing confusion and improving execution.
Suggested Priority Options (Dropdown):
Do Now – Urgent or time-sensitive
Do Soon – Needs attention in the next few days
Plan Later – Low priority or flexible timing
Why It Matters:
Currently, there’s no built-in way to prioritize tasks at a glance. This leads to missed deadlines, wasted time, and misaligned focus. By adding this field, users can:
Quickly identify high-impact tasks without digging through notes
Allocate time and resources more effectively
Keep the team focused on what matters most

As a real estate CRM provider, I'm getting cancellations purely off the fact GHL doesn't have basic color coding with Task Due Date labels in the opportunity - pipeline overview.
...It can be as Basic as Trello but it has to happen! Grey means the task is over 48 hours away, yellow is less than 48 hours away, Red is less than 12 hours, due today. That sort of thing. ◻️ 🟨 🟥
So we can easily look at all of the contact cards in each pipeline and quickly eyeball the priorities based on Color!
P.S. I've tried to hire freelance developers and CSS, HTML, JAVA experts to add custom code for me to force this to work but they can't based on how GHL runs Tasks on the backend... Very frustrating to have client feedback stating TRELLO has our robust GHL CRM "beat" based on due date color labels! �

Add a priority section in the tasks like a red/orange/yellow (urgent/medium/low) and when making a task but also colour code them or somehow see the task priorities from the task list.

Hopefully GHL will add this feature soon. But it's actually possible to with custom javascript to style the cards based on next task due date.

I would just love to be able to designate when a task turns red. I have tasks due in days, but shows red and gives me anxiety! I thought I was caught up...oh wait, I am.
