Smooth survey transitions
complete

The current transition between survey slides is strange. It slides down, left, up, instead of a smooth transition. This seems like it'd be a small simple fix but we use these surveys on all our clients landing pages and it'd greatly help the professionalism and aesthetic if transitions flowed nicely between slides. Thanks!!!

Sales & Marketing: Where is the setting for the smooth transition? I cannot find anywhere in the survey builder an option to choose transition type.

I see this request is here since 2020 and planned since 2022. Now it is supposedly in progress.
Why do you bother tagging it as planned when you have no intention of implementing this anytime soon?
The High Level Surveys are a hot mess and YOU CANNOT FIX THE SIMPLE ANIMATION ISSUE IN 3 YEARS?? @Sales & Marketing
This is a joke. High Level is adding dozens of features, but we are stuck with a half*** survey I guess forever. Better improve existing vital and basic features, brining them up to standard for the age we are in, than adding new ones.
I don't even care, I changed the animation myself in a few hours work and I don't even know CSS and JS, just goes to show how the team behind this janky, hideous, bad UX having High Level Survey neither knows what makes a good survey neither cares. The animation issue is one of dozens of issues with these Surveys, you guys need to step your game up big time if this is going to be a viable solution for GHL users. The world is not standing still you know.
You think this criticism is harsh? I hate being that a**hole, but leaving your users with this amatuerish survey for years is what is harsh, my criticism in comparison is mild.

Sales & Marketing: Thx. Also, the progress bar and arrow should be updated too...know what I mean?

Sales & Marketing: Please add the option to have dots/numbers (for the survey steps) instead of the bar.
Thank you for reading and considering.

Merged in a post:
Kill and replace the slide and snap transition between survey slides

When you are stepping through a survey, the transition between slides is the new 'card' will slide in from the right and snap up to the top. Please remove this and replace with a smoother fade out/in type or better yet, make a dropdown option so we can pick the transition type, kinda like power point does

Options for smooth transitions would be nice - fade in/out, slide up/down, slide left/right. Really, that's all that's needed, not the weird snappy/jerky default.

We absolutely need this - the current transitions are horrible and jerky.
