Prevent Disqualified Survey Leads from Resubmitting Responses

Currently, agencies using GoHighLevel surveys face a recurring issue with lead qualification integrity.
When a lead is disqualified based on their responses (e.g., insufficient budget or income), there is nothing preventing them from refreshing the page or reopening the survey to resubmit different answers in order to bypass the qualification logic and access the booking calendar.
While most users respect the process, a percentage of unqualified leads intentionally manipulate their responses. This results in:
Calendar slots being taken by unqualified prospects
Wasted time for sales teams
Increased acquisition costs due to lower lead quality
Reduced overall funnel efficiency
At the moment, the disqualification step is effectively “soft,” since it can be easily bypassed with repeated submissions.
Suggested Solutions:
Option to restrict multiple submissions after disqualification (based on IP address, cookies, or session tracking)
Ability to block re-entry to the survey for a defined time window after a failed qualification
Flagging or tagging duplicate submissions from the same user/session
Optional “hard disqualification” setting that prevents access to the next steps regardless of resubmission attempts
This feature would significantly improve lead quality, protect calendar availability, and help agencies maintain more efficient and profitable funnels.
