When you you export a survey to CSV, it only exports the surveys for the number that you have selected per page. 20, 40, 100 (bottom right of page). This happens even though you have selected all (in my case I had 149 surveys listed and it would only export to CSV 100).

Please also add at the bottom right a default to "list all" and allow that function to stay put unless deselected,
