Do full width button answers as an option to radio buttons

Add the option to use buttons that stack like in clickfunnels instead of just radio buttons or icons.
Like the submit buttons on forms but they would be the survey answer options. Then the survey moves to the next question after a button is selected. It would make the survey a bit more modern and stylish.

YES, YES, YES, YES, YES, YES!!!!
Need this ASAP. Would be HUGE improvement. Also, you can also make these multi-pic where the full-width button would change colors to show selection and then the user would nit "Next" for the next question. Single select would auto forward, multi-select would require a "Next" option.
Please do this yesterday.
