Currently, a partially submitted survey creates a new contact with the contact source defined as "survey_builder." This is 1) a mislabel as the actual source is a survey partial submission and 2) not helpful, particularly when an account has multiple surveys turned on.

Problem - If a business offers two different services and each has a survey related to those services but different employees manage the services. The employees would need to see which partial submissions were relevant to their service. Other examples abound.

Suggested fixes:

1) Change the label to {{survey-name}}-partial-submission

OR

2) Allow customization of the source name for partial submissions in the survey builder settings

This is one of those things that would help tomorrow if it could just be done!
