It would be brilliant to have a rating scale matrix survey element. This uses a grid to ask multiple related sub-questions using the same set of rating options, such as a Likert scale.

Example -

Survey Item(Rows): Staff Rating, Product Rating, Pricing, Overall Experience, etc.

Scale Rating (Columns): 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, N/A
