I NEED THIS URGENTLY!!!! At the moment I have to hire a CSS coder to make a huge workaround only to display images as the option fields...It cost money and takes time, and my clients can't do by themselves....This will imensely boost the graphic quality of the Forms/Quizz/Surveys. NEEDED ASAP PLEASE!

I'm surprised this isn't already live. I am making a quiz funnel for a client and can't really use HighLevel because the quiz is too boring to go through without images tied to responses.
